Ann Gilbert Elliott, 85, passed away December 28, 2015 in Seymour. Funeral services 1 P.M. Thursday, December 31, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Steve Ulrey and Joe Leathers officiating. Interment in Cache Creek Cemetery.

Ann was born June 21, 1930 in Seymour, Texas, one of nine children of Robert Morris and Grace Avery Gilbert. She married Manford Elliott on December 22, 1946. She retired from the Farmers National Bank after 30 years, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Survived by her children, Bob (Rhonda) Elliott, Seymour, Texas; Bill (Patricia) Elliott, Tucumcari, N.M.; Gilbert "Cotton" (Ginger) Elliott, Guthrie, Texas, and Cindy (Rayburn) Layton, Benjamin, Texas; a son-in-law, Tom Moorhouse of Benjamin, Texas; 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and one on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers and sisters; her husband, Manford on December 2, 2007; and a daughter, Becky Elliott Moorhouse on March 15, 2012.

Visitation 6 P.M. Wednesday at Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.
