Benjamin F. Quintero, age 33, passed away Monday, October 13, 2014 in Vernon, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Seymour, with Rev. Lanny Walker, and Deacon Jim Novak of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church officiating. Interment will be in the Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.

Benjamin was born November 17, 1981 in Crowell, Texas, to Ramon and Karen Rouswell Quintero. He married Leslie Hernandez on April 23, 2012 in Seymour, Texas. He was a roughneck.

He is survived by his wife, Leslie of Seymour; three daughters, Shanna Northrup and husband, Derrick, Erin Hernandez, and Ebony Dove; by one son, Jeffery Farris; his parents, Ramon Quintero and Karen Quintero; one sister, Ramona Quintero; one brother, Michael Quintero and wife, Jessica; 2 grandchildren, Sophia and Trevor Northrup; and many nieces and nephews.
