Bettye Lou Graves Jones, 83, passed away January 19, 2016 in Mineral Wells, Texas. She was laid to rest beside her husband, James Jones on Friday, January 22, 2016, in the Riverview Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.

Bettye was born March 3, 1932 in Seymour, Texas, to Claude and Nora Rowlett Graves. She married James F. Jones
on December 24, 1947 in Baylor County, Texas. He preceded her in death on July 2, 2014. She was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells, where she and James owned and operated Jones Cafe for many years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mineral Wells, and the VFW Ladies Auxilliary.

She is survived by her daughter, Shirley J. Jones of Mineral Wells, Texas; a son, James E. Jones, Sr. of Mineral Wells, Texas; 4 grandchildren, Stephen Goodwin, James E. Jones, Jr., Heath A. Goodwin and Billy Chance; 9 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
