Danny Adams, age 61, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 at his residence in Seymour. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Seymour, with Army Chaplain Craig Combs officiating. Interment will be in the Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.
Danny was born July 17, 1955, in Seymour, Texas. He married Lynda Linn on November 10, 1972 in Noel, Missouri. He was a veteran of the United States Army. At the time of his death he was an Embedded Software Engineer with Best Code in Ft. Worth, Texas.
He is survived by his wife, Lynda Adams of Seymour, Texas; two daughters, Marsha Gibson of Seymour, Texas, and Beverly Adams of McKinney, Texas; his mother, Yvonne Whitworth of Jarrell, Texas; his sisters, Trevella Loyd of Seymour, Texas, Telina Dixon of Jarrell, Texas, Tamanda Psencik of Granbury, Texas, and Melinda Greebon of Seymour, Texas; his brothers, Charles Adams and Jimmy Greebon, both of Seymour, Texas; five grandchildren, Rachel Slough, Tad McBroom, Holten Gibson, Hope Gibson and Felicia Streble.
He was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Adams on September 29, 2016, and by his father, Clifford Killian.
