Floyd Arlin Stewart, 81, of Seymour, Texas, passed away Monday, September 23, 2013 in Wichita Falls. Services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, September 26, 2013 at the Seymour Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Aaron Hall, pastor of the Red Springs Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in the Restland Cemetery in Olney, Texas, with Scotte Clark officiating. Services are under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.

Floyd was born March 3, 1932 in Gibtown, Texas, to Elmer Ellis and Eunice Viola Latham Stewart. He had lived in Seymour since 1947, and was a longtime employee of Baylor County. He was a Baptist.

He is survived by one niece, Jurlane Theriot of Spring, Texas; two nephews, Fred Stewart of Sachse, Texas, and Earl Stewart of Dallas, Texas; and by his longtime companion, Genio Guidry of Wichita Falls, Texas.

Visitation will be held at 6 P.M. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
