Francis McKinney was born on January 28, 1934 to Silverio and Leonor Cardona Fabela in Karnes City, Texas, after a short illness passed away on October 10, 2021 in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Francis is survived by her children: Lenor Montez, Roy Hernandez, Erma Hernandez, Gilbert Hernandez, Lupita Avilla, Jesse Hernandez, and Santo Hernandez.

Family Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Seymour Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, and after 11:00 AM, it will be open to the Public for viewing. Funeral Service will be held at the First Baptist Church on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 3:00 PM. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery at 4:00 PM. A family meal will be served at the Church, after the Burial.

Services are under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.
