Jannie Ruth Hill, 71, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015 at the local nursing home. Funeral services will be at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the Seymour Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, with Travis Leamon, youth minister at the First Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in the Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.

Jannie was born November 20, 1943 in Paris, Texas to Robert Lee and Annie Turner Hill. She grew up in Seymour and was a member of the First Baptist Church.

She is survived by one brother, Robert Hill, Jr. of Olney, Texas; two nieces, one nephew and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, and by a sister, Linda Hill.
