John "J.W." Wesley Newman's Obituary
John Wesley "J.W." Newman, age 83, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017 in Seymour. Memorial services will be held at 10 A.M. Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at the Seymour Church of Christ with Michael Rushton officiating. Services are under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.
Mr. Newman was born January 27, 1934 in Parker County, Texas, was a truck driver and enjoyed leather working. He married Becky Allison on March 1, 1980 in San Angelo, Texas. She passed away June 7, 2008. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He is survived by his daughter, Caren Rushton and husband, Michael of Seymour, Texas; and one step-granddaughter, Terrilynn Rushton of Seymour.
