Juanita Yolanda Hewtty, 58, passed away Friday, July 17, 2015 at her residence in Seymour. Graveside services will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the Vera Cemetery, with Rev. Adam Luna of Templo Sinai officiating. Services are under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.

Juanita was born November 10, 1956 in Lubbock, Texas to Reyes Hewtty and Candelaria Frausto Flores She was the widow of Ruben Hernandez, who preceded her in death on April 20, 2015. She was a homemaker and a member of Templo Sinai.

She is survived by two sons, Lupe Carrizales and wife, Shi of Brady, Texas, and Bobby Carrizales and wife, Jonda of Knox City, Texas; her mother, Candelaria Frausto Flores of Seymour, Texas; three sisters, Gracie Garza of Kermit, Texas, Carmen Coleman of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Mary Moore of Seymour, Texas; one brother, Jorge Flores of Kermit, Texas; 6 grandchildren, Ariel Shaw, Montana Daniel, Dakota Brundige, Caden Carrizales, Lawrence Trevino and Katelyn Carrizales; one great-grandson, Elliott Shaw; and a number of nieces and nephews.
