Lois Couch, age 86, of Seymour, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013 in Houston, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, February 9, 2013, at the Seymour Memorial
Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in the Westover Cemetery under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Couch was born May 11, 1926 in Lingleville, Texas, to Elmer Banford Kirkland and Ollie Mae Hood Kirkland. She moved with her family to Seymour in 1942 and married Myrton Couch on May 4, 1947 in Seymour, Texas. He preceded her in death on August 18, 2006. She worked for many years as a seamstress at the Russell-Newman Factory in Seymour and was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Ann Couch of Houston, Texas; two sons, Don Couch and wife, Bruna of Houston, Texas, and Kirk Couch of Dallas, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews, and friends and
neighbors.

Memorials may be made to the Westover Cemetery Association and the Seymour Volunteer Fire Department.

The family will receive friends from 6-7 P.M. Friday evening at the funeral home.
