Patricia Ann Gooding passed away September 24th, 2026 in Wichita Falls at the age of 77. Pat was born May 30, 1949 in Seymour to Denton Sr and Mildred Cook. Pat worked at the Rock Inn for many years. Then retired and enjoy staying home with her dog Peanut which she loved. Pat was one of the most kindnessest, heartfelt, caring person you could have ever met. Pat loved reading, playing games on her phone she loved going shopping with her niece Tamie to Wichita Falls which was so much fun and exhausting at the same time. She loved plants flowers and feeding the birds. Pat was a very loving Aunt, Great Aunt and Great Great Aunt, cousin and good friend. We will miss her very much and especially on the Holidays when she made her famous potato salad, pea salad and green bean casserole which was awesome. We will also miss all the phone calls and visits we had with her. Thank you Vida Moore for being a great friend to our Aunt Pat, she always loved the talks and visits you two had. Thank everyone that was so kind to our dear Aunt Pat.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents Denton Sr and Mildred Cook; her two brothers Donald and Denton Jr Cook; her sister Ada Beth Bruce; her son Denny Gooding
