Phillip "Randy" Hill

It is with deep sorrow and love that we mourn the passing of Phillip "Randy" Hill of Seymour, Texas on July 7, 2023 at the age of 73.

Phillip was born on July 11, 1949 to J.W. and Beatrice Hill in Seymour, Texas. He is a 1967 graduate of Seymour High School, and was a life-long resident of Seymour. He was a retired Purolator Courier armored truck driver, provided lawn services to the residents of Seymour, and most recently, was a mechanic at Benge Auto.

He is survived by daughter Jennifer Vetter and husband Brian of Burkburnett, Texas; three grandchildren, Beau, Ashley and Adrian; one great-grandchild, Sawyer; one sister, Brenda Ellerd of Haltom City, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents J.W. and Beatrice Hill, sister Sandy Castleman, and brother Kerry Hill.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, July 14, 2023 at the First Baptist Church in Seymour, with arrangements under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home and David Warren officiating.

Honorary pallbearers are: Chad Ellerd, Chuck Castleman, Steven Hill, Baldo Campos, Dirk Ellerd, and Dustin Campos.
