Rita Sanchez, 45, of Seymour, Texas, passed away Sunday, Nov, 3, 2019 , in Seymour. Services were held at 10 A.M. Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at the Seymour Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, with Jerry Garces of Hollis, Oklahoma officiating.
Rita was born April 1, 1974, in Knox City, Texas, to Tommie and Casto Sanchez. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by 7 brothers, Gene Sanchez of Brownwood, Texas, John Sanchez and wife, Barbara, Manuel Sanchez and wife, Ruthann, Tom Sanchez and wife, Maria, all of of Seymour, Texas, Carlos Sanchez of Enterprise, Oregon, Casto Sanchez, Jr. of Seymour, Texas, and Ted Sanchez and wife, Marcella of Graham, Texas; by two sisters, Sylvia Sanchez of Seymour, Texas, and Rachel Sanchez Willings and husband, Jason of Haviland, Ks.; husband, Santos Torres; children, Jackie and Drake Jennings of Seymour, Texas, and Gabriel Sanchez and girlfriend, Annalysa of Brownfield, Texas; four grandchildren, Payton and Bellamy Jennings, and Jacob and Olivia Sanchez; 18 nieces, 11 nephews and many great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Tommie and Casto Sanchez, a sister, Dora Ann Tribble; a son, Jacob and a granddaughter, Ezaryn.
