Sarah Saenz Casillas, age 72, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2014 at her residence in Seymour. Christian Wake Services will be held at 6 P.M. Sunday, January 5, 2014 at the Seymour Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral mass will be said at 10 A.M. Monday, January 6, 2014 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. John Perikomayil and Deacon Jim Novak officiating. Interment will be in the Benjamin Cemetery under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Casillas was born April 9, 1941 in Gatesville, Texas to Manuel and Anita Hernandez Saenz. She married
Frank Casillas on October 14, 1955 in Benjamin, Texas. He preceded her in death on December 4, 2008. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Guadalupanos.

She is survived by one son, Lewis Casillas of Seymour, Texas; one daughter, Mandy Miller and husband, Ryan of Seymour, Texas; four grandchildren, Chris Casillas, Crystal Casillas, Ethne Miller and Ella Miller; and by four great-grandchildren, Kilian and Kinzi Gothard, and Briannah and Jacob Casillas.

Memorials may be made to the youth of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
